I wish I could tell you that my weight loss journey started because I wanted to change my life and health for the better.
But my journey was started by watching one of my best friends since third grade get diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in late March and die in late November. In late September, he called me to his house and told me that I need to change the way I look at life because when he dies, he’s gonna leave his wife leave his five-year-old son and his three-year-old daughter without a father and all of it could’ve been prevented if he just watched his diet and worked out a little bit. So in late October, I started my peptide journey with Rob. I was already working out 5 to 6 days a week in the gym and I was already doing Jiu Jitsu. The peptides were the biggest game changer of my entire life when it came to my health. Now I’m at six months and I’ve lost 50 pounds. I go to the gym six days a week at five in the morning. I do nothing but body weight exercises and kettle bells. I only have coffee and toast in the morning. I skipped lunch and my only real meal is dinner with the family.
By the way, I love my workout routine, my diet/fasting, my family time and my Jiu Jitsu, which is 3 to 4 times a week. Obviously, I have a lot more energy than before, but I also have a greater appreciation and love for my family than before. I started this paragraph saying that everyone’s peptide journey is different, but I never thought that this peptide journey would actually shape and change my entire life and my outlook on life the way it has. Lastly, I have to give Rob a huge amount of credit for helping me the entire time during this new way of life.. I hope this message inspires other people to change their life for the better before it’s too late
